Before you lead people, pause long enough to notice the person you bring into every room: yourself.
1. Awareness
What version of me tends to show up under pressure?
What am I feeling that I have not named?
What patterns do other people experience from me repeatedly?
2. Regulation
What happens in my body when I feel challenged, ignored, rushed or uncertain?
What helps me respond intentionally rather than react automatically?
3. Responsibility
What belongs to me in the situation I am facing?
What am I blaming on the team that may actually require growth from me?
4. Alignment
What values do I say matter to me? What would someone observing my leadership say actually matters to me?
5. Action
What is one leadership behavior I will practice differently this week?
